Methi leaves-1 cup
Green chillis-4 to 5 nos(cut into slit)
Toor dal-1 cup
Garlic pods-5 nos (cut into pieces)
Mustard seeds-1 tsp
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Red chillis-1 no
Salt to taste
Wash the dal and cook in a pressure cook it.
Heat a pan and add the oil.When oil is hot add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,when it pops up add green chillis,red chillis,hing,curry leaves,gralic pieces fry till it changes the color.
Serve hot with rice or roti.
